This Site Does Not Do the Work

The guides explain house painting work; they do not provide it. Hiring somebody is a separate matter the reader arranges directly with a local firm.

Finding a Contractor

Hiring well is mostly a matter of comparing like with like. Put the same written specification to every firm, so the prices that come back are actually comparable.

Accuracy Over Time

Where a guide is factually wrong, it gets corrected. Anything that turns out to be inaccurate is corrected in place rather than quietly left standing.
